RIPPED Fitness Center ("RIPPED," "we," "us") runs this website at rippedfitnesscenter.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you send us. The website does not store any form submissions. When you use the free-week booking form, the site opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered (your name, program, start date and preferred class). That information only reaches us if you choose to send the message. We also receive whatever you share when you call, text or message us, such as your name, phone number and fitness goals.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and running. If we add website analytics, we will use it only to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view, and we will update this policy.

How we use it

• To respond to your messages and confirm your free week or class times.
• To answer questions about our programs, including Ripped Body Lab and Ripped Kids.
• To keep the website working, secure and up to date.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the website to send marketing emails.

Third-party services

The site links to or uses services that have their own privacy policies:

• WhatsApp (Meta) for booking and messaging.
• Google for web fonts, maps and directions, and our Google reviews.
• Instagram and Facebook (Meta) when you follow our social links.
• Netlify, our website host.

When you use those services, their privacy policies apply.

Photos and video

Photos and video on this site show real members, coaches and kids at RIPPED and are used with permission. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Children's privacy

Our kids programs are for children under 12, and parents or guardians handle all enrollment and communication. The website does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the site, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to respond to you, run your membership or program, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. You can also stop messaging us at any time.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
